Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Project Manager with a strong science background for a remote role with occasional travel. You will work within our Investigator Studies Program, driving operations and coordinating across a Therapeutic Area with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supporting Congress Operations for the TA and contributing to the TA's scientific and medical affairs strategic plan. Candidates should have 2+ years in pharma/healthcare operations and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in scientific research operations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across divisions and lead without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with research databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Parexel FSP has an exciting opportunity for a candidate with project management skills and a strong science background! This is a remote role with occasional travel.
Description of Roles and Responsibilities
  • Contributes within the specific Therapeutic Area (TA) and interacts with a continuum of stakeholders.
  • The SLRC is required to ensure that meaningful and collaborative scientific exchange through engagement activities is achieved to globally impact our strategies.
  • Key to the role is the optimal management of the operations of client's Investigator Studies Program
  • The SLRC manages Congress Operations activity for the TA.
Project Management
  • Congress support for the TA
  • These key functions contribute to the development and refinement of our TA Scientific and Medical Affairs Strategic Plan for Our Company Research Laboratories.
  • Ensures that the oversite of these activities is achieved to globally impact the scientific strategy for TA
Minimum FTE Years of Experience
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in internal or external scientific research operations
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills
  • Resilience, collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate across divisions
  • Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders
  • Research database proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
