Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 12+ years of experience.
• Leadership and talent development experience required.
• Strong understanding of discovery and pharmaceutical development.
• Proven developability assessment experience for synthetic modalities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary scientific team and foster collaboration.
• Develop screening tools and formulations to enable early discovery.
• Collaborate with academia and industry experts.
• Enhance data analytics and computational approaches for decision making.
• Oversee PK, PK/PD, and translational pharmacology studies.
