The role requires a TIER 2 clearance capability with a strong background in epidemiology and large healthcare data analysis. Responsibilities include designing analytic plans, executing data queries, and delivering technical artifacts for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Extensive experience analyzing large healthcare administrative data.
• Experience with MHS Information Platform (MIP) or predecessor systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently query large military health data to build analyzable datasets.
• Develop analytic plans to address operational requests on mental health topics.
• Assess requirements and advise stakeholders on analytic approaches.
• Produce reports, tools, briefings, and manuscripts aligned with PHCoE missions.
