Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Scientific Account Manager for Stem Cell Solutions who can drive growth by partnering with academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, and cell therapy customers.

You will engage scientists, medical teams, and procurement stakeholders to support research in stem cell biology, gene editing, regenerative medicine, immunology, and cell therapy development. The role requires a strong scientific background with consultative sales skills and travel of 5–10%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required.
• Approximately 5+ years in life sciences sales, technical support, research or field applications.
• Master's degree or PhD in life sciences preferred.
• Experience in Women's Healthcare, Genetics, Pediatrics, Nursing or Labor & Delivery is a plus.
• Strong analytical and customer service skills with a sales-driven track record.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with academic, biotech, pharma and cell therapy customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale support.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with lab managers, researchers, core facilities, and purchasing groups.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on stem cell products and research applications.
• Deliver scientific discussions on gene editing, CRISPR workflows, and related workflows.
• Present webinars and seminars to scientific audiences.
• Monitor developments in stem cell biology, cell therapy, and gene editing markets.

Revvity is seeking a Scientific Account Manager - Stem Cell Solutions to join our ViaCord team! ViaCord is a team of passionate, mission-driven, creative and entrepreneurial individuals providing newborn stem cell preservation and Genomic services to expectant families. These cutting-edge services are positioned to positively impact the future health of today’s families.

The objective of this role is to drive growth of our portfolio through partnership with academic, biotechnical, pharmaceutical and cell therapy customers to support research applications including stem cell biology, gene editing, regenerative medicine, immunology and cell therapy development. The ideal candidate combines a strong scientific background with consultative sales skills and is comfortable engaging principal research scientists, medical teams and procurement stakeholders.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within academic institutions, biotech companies, pharmaceutical organizations and cell therapy developers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale support.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with lab managers, research scientists, core facilities, and purchasing groups.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on stem cell products and related research applications.
• Conduct scientific discussions regarding:
• Gene editing and CRISPR workflows
• Recommend appropriate cell products, donor types, cell counts, and supporting reagents based on customer research objectives.
• Deliver technical presentations, webinars, and seminars to scientific audiences.
• Monitor developments in stem cell biology, cell therapy, and gene editing markets.

Bachelor's degree in life sciences discipline.

• ~5+ years of life sciences sales, technical support, research or field application experience.

Master's degree or PhD in a life sciences discipline

• Experience in field application scientist, product specialist, or translational research roles.
• Experience in Women's Healthcare, Genetics, Pediatrics, Nursing or Labor & Delivery.
• Strong analytical and customer service skills complimented by an aggressive and solutions-oriented track record in sales.
• Experience in building a highly successful and results-oriented territory plan.
• Develop and deliver ViaCord's service presentations to defined audience to achieve enrollment targets

Travel requirements 5-10%.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $101,500 - 135,500 plus commission. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
