Design an inclusive and responsive curriculum that meets all standards, including NYS and college-level concurrent enrollment requirements, while providing academic support across a range of science courses.

Required Qualifications

• A basic awareness of the district’s commitments to eliminating race, class, and disability as predictors of academic performance, co-curricular participation, and discipline, and a strong willingness to support these efforts.
• New York State Teacher Certification in Physics 5‑9 or Physics 7‑12; other NYS Science Certification may be considered. Requires at least a bachelor’s degree. Additional certification is encouraged. Licensed teachers from other states may qualify for reciprocity.
