Job Description

EDU-Aids is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore and understand the natural world through engaging, standards-based science instruction while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with state and district standards.
• Teach subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science, Environmental Science, or General Science, depending on grade level.
• Create hands-on laboratory activities and experiments that enhance student learning and engagement.
• Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, tests, projects, and laboratory reports.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Utilize instructional technology and data-driven practices to improve student outcomes.
• Ensure laboratory safety procedures and protocols are followed at all times.
• Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, and school staff.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities as required.
• Prepare lesson plans and maintain accurate student records.

Qualifications

• Valid State Teaching Certification/License in Science.
