Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Biology Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, an enthusiasm for teaching, and a commitment to student success. This Biology Teacher will create innovative lesson plans, facilitate hands‑on laboratory experiences, and assess student progress effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed and that students understand scientific methodology.
  • Develop assessments and monitor student performance through various methods, including tests, quizzes, projects, labs, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to align curricula and participate in ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Participate in school activities, meetings, and events to contribute to the overall mission of the institution.
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment for all students.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school staff.
