Jefferson Health in Elkins Park Gardens seeks a SCI PT Supervisor to manage the physical therapy team for the spinal cord injury program. The supervisor will engage in hiring, staff development, and daily operations, ensuring quality patient care compliant with accreditation standards.

The SCI PT Supervisor manages the physical therapy team for the spinal cord injury program. They participate in hiring decisions, staff development, and the performance review process. They manage the day‑to‑day operations and work with interdisciplinary team members for program development. They participate in the Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency program. Patient care responsibilities commensurate with operational needs of the unit/service line.
