Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year driving experience as licensed operator.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License required.
• Pre-employment Drug Test and Criminal/DMV check required.
• Criminal background must be clear.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report deficiencies.
• Transport a small number of students to and from school and activities.
• Keep vehicle clean, inside and out.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety.
• Maintain route discipline and report any issues to supervisor.
