Job summary

Papillion La Vista Community Schools is seeking a Part-Time Van Driver to transport students safely between designated pickup points and attendance areas. The driver must complete state education and district driver training, maintain a good driving record, and hold or obtain the required licenses and permits. Sample schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

and 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. with a later shift from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nebraska operators permit or federal CDL if required and school transportation vehicle operator's permit.
• Pass Level I and Level II Student Transportation certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from designated pick-up points and attendance areas.
• Maintain required license and good driving record; complete state and district driver training.

Education
