You will work with students, families, educators, employers and community partners to facilitate successful transitions and build personalized pre-employment plans. Responsibilities include job exploration counseling, setting goals, coordinating with schools and agencies, and delivering workplace readiness training to help students advocate for themselves and access

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• Experience with IDD or transition services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting job exploration counseling with students to identify interests and needs.
• Providing individualized guidance and support to students in exploring career options and accessing resources.
• Coordinating and implementing individualized pre-employment transition plans with students and their support networks.
• Providing training on workplace readiness including communication, problem solving and independent living skills.
• Helping students learn how to advocate for themselves and navigate postschool options.
