JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of a licensed staff member, perform clerical support such as typing, stapling, filing, duplicating, faxing, laminating, collating, counting, inventorying and ordering of supplies, answering telephones, greeting visitors, entering data into computers, and simple bookkeeping. Assist with preparation of student learning materials and support coordinators in the assigned program. May monitor, manage, and assist students during classroom activities and student testing, recess, lunch, detention, in-house suspension, and before or after school.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The subsequent duties outline the fundamental operations of the position and exemplify the nature of the tasks carried out. Perform basic clerical work such as data entry/typing, stapling, filing, duplicating, laminating, mail distribution, taking inventory, ordering office supplies, answering phones, taking messages, and office reception.
