Qualifications

  • Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist – CCC required.

  • Eligibility for Massachusetts state licensure and DESE certification.
  • Prior K–12 SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluation and therapy for a K-12 caseload.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation per state and district guidelines.
  • Adapt communication and intervention strategies for diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews.
  • Caseload and school assignment for monolingual candidates are assigned after credentialing.

  • Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or related field
  • Eligibility for Massachusetts state licensure and Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification
  • Previous experience delivering SLP services in K–12 settings preferred

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.13 to $62.13.
