Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Georgia for the 2026/2027 academic year. Full-time hours (37.5/wk) Monday–Friday, with direct services and collaboration with education teams.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Georgia SLP License and GaPSC Educator Certification with CCC-SLP and be adept at evaluations, IEPs, and interdisciplinary communication.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia SLP license and GaPSC Educator Certification required at submission.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology preferred/required.
• Experience conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, and direct therapy in schools.
• Excellent communication with staff and families; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language services to students per IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes per policy.
• Participate in IEP meetings with insights on progress and interventions.

In this role, you will:

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Hold an active Georgia SLP License and GaPSC Educator Certification (required at submission)


• Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology


• Demonstrate experience conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, and providing direct therapy in schools


• Have excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff and families


• Exhibit organizational skills to manage caseload, documentation, and scheduling efficiently

Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language services to students according to IEPs


• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations as needed


• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and district policies
