Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate students and deliver therapy in the school setting. Work will follow each student's plan of care and physician orders, with documentation of services provided.

Minimum requirements include active SLP licensure in the assignment state and compliance with health and safety standards. A CCC-SLP may be required by state or contract, along with CPR and TB screening where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• CPR certification (current).
• TB test/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate current per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
