Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based travel assignments in Milwaukie, OR. You will evaluate students and deliver therapy per a defined plan of care, documenting progress and adjusting as needed.

The role requires Oregon licensure; CCC-SLP preferred, with CPR and health-certification as applicable. Travel entails weekly compensation and comprehensive benefits.

• Complies with all professional standards of practice.

• TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable.

• Must meet federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
