Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to address a broad K-12 caseload near Saint Augustine, FL. You can work part-time or full-time and will provide onsite therapy to enhance students’ communication skills and academic success.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Florida license, with school-based experience preferred. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists is essential to student growth.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Florida SLP License required.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred; open to recent graduates with appropriate certification.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results for K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions onsite.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support overall student development.
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state procedures.
  • Provide support and coaching for staff and families regarding communication strategies.
