Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a vibrant school community near Napa, CA. The contract runs from August 11, 2026 through June 6, 2027, onsite with a 37.5-hour workweek, serving students from elementary through post-secondary levels.

You will deliver direct therapy, design tailored interventions, and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize each student’s communication potential in inclusive settings.

Qualifications

• Active speech-language pathologist certification/licence in California required.
• CCC-SLP expected.
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Dedication to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Assess, document, and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as a resource in creating supportive classroom strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Multiple caseload options are available, including placements in intensive and mild/moderate Special Day Classes at various age levelsfrom elementary through post-secondary. Youll deliver in-person services, design tailored interventions, and collaborate with educators and families to help every student reach their communication potential.

• Active speech-language pathologist certification/license in California required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) expected
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
