Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC from ASHA required.
• Active state licensure in SLP (or eligibility).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings to determine student needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress reports, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
