Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract Speech-Language Pathologist for a Naples, Florida assignment. The position involves providing in-person SLP services to a K–12 caseload under a 41-week schedule with a 40-hour work week.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Florida license, and CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility. You will collaborate with teachers and families to support student success and IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Florida SLP license (DOH/DOE) required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility required.
• In-person services across K–12 settings

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse K–12 caseload.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders while supporting student success and functional communication.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
