Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is seeking a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Ellicott City, MD. The assignment runs ASAP through 06/08/2027, with 35 hours per week on-site at multiple grade levels, and a local contract paying $46.67–$53.41 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in school-based settings for eligible students across grades K-12.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.
• Document progress and ensure compliance with district policies and state regulations.
