Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an educational setting near Huffman, TX. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals and collaborate with teachers and families.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, Texas licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP is preferred; experience with pediatric populations is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license in Texas or eligibility to obtain.
• CCC-SLP preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be considered.
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations valued.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
• Deliver therapy services individually and in groups to support academic and functional success.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, progress notes, and reports.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and provide strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student planning.
