Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract School Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Elkton, Maryland. Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, therapy, and documentation for students ages 3–21 in accordance with IEPs.

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized goals and ensure compliance with state requirements across multiple school sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland.
• School-based experience with evaluations, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and ability to complete background screening.
