Required Qualifications

• Speech/Language Pathologist, SchoolMaster’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License (CDE SSP) - in order to qualify for this SEA, an SLP must have 8 weeks of full time school experience/internship/practicum

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
• Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
