Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Roxboro, NC. The position is 37.5 hours per week on a W2 full‑time contract for the 2026–2027 school year, with travel stipends and in‑person work.

The candidate must hold an active NC SLP license, DPI educator certification, and ideally CCC-SLP; CF-SLPs are encouraged to apply. Start ASAP with a 34‑week duration and a caseload of about 40 students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP or CSD from an accredited program.
• Active NC license for Speech-Language Pathology.
• NC DPI Educator Certification.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred but not required; internship/ practicum considered for CF-SLP.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing if applicable.
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate in IEP meetings as a related service provider.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities

• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
