Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for in-person roles in the Naples and Immokalee, FL area for the 2026–2027 school year. You will work with a diverse K–12 caseload providing comprehensive speech-language therapy services.

Ready to make a meaningful impact while supporting student success? Cross Country Education is seeking dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for full-time and part-time opportunities in the Naples and Immokalee, FL areas during the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Overview:
  • Provide high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse K–12 student caseload.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders while supporting students' academic success and functional communication.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (DOH/DOE)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
  • Ability to provide in-person services and adapt to school-day schedules across educational settings
