Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for Midland, TX. You will provide speech and language services to students with diverse needs, support IEP goal development and implementation, and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to help students access learning and participate in the school community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing.
• Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in South Carolina.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Knowledge of evidence‑based speech and language intervention practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance.

Schedule: 2026 -2027 School Year, School-Based Daytime Hours

Pay: $50-$58/Per Hour
