Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Leavenworth, KS. This 12-week position starts 10/1/2026 and offers an hourly pay range of $42-$50.

You will provide speech and language services, support IEP goals, and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers. This role emphasizes teamwork, structure, and real-world impact within a school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP in good standing.
• Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Kansas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution

• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing

• Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Kansas

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality of student information

• Knowledge of evidence-based speech and language intervention practices

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
