Catapult Learning is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support students across 2-3 school locations in Prince George's County, Maryland. This full-time role emphasizes behavioral, personal, emotional, and social development in a safe, inclusive school environment.

You’ll advocate for students, connect families with community resources, and collaborate with teachers and administrators to promote academic and well-being outcomes while complying with district policies.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in counseling or related field.
• Active Social Worker license (LCSW, LMSW, LGPC or LCPC).
• Experience working with students is desired.

Responsibilities

• Positively impact students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.
• Nurture student potential through counseling in small groups or classroom settings.
• Conduct learning assessments to reveal strengths and growth areas.
• Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources.
