Job summary

TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a School Social Worker to support students in Belen, New Mexico. This on-site role focuses on addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges to help students thrive academically and personally.

You'll provide individual and group counseling, work with teachers, families, and administrators, participate in IEP meetings, and document progress. Flexibility to work remote or on-site and access to supportive tools are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires NM state license as School Social Worker and NM Educator Certificate.
• Experience providing counseling to children or adolescents (school-based preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Comfortable with technology and virtual service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive environments for students.
• Participate in IEP and other multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to treatment goals and progress reports.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
