Job summary

The Menta Education Group is seeking a Social Worker Clinician to provide direct educational and social services to students and to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support academic and social success. Position is based in Reeds Spring, MO, with a 7:30am–3:00pm CT schedule, following a school calendar.

Qualifications

• Licensure as one of the listed social work credentials required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative and data analysis abilities.
• Creative thinker capable of multiple interventions for diverse students.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Employ data-based decision-making regarding multidisciplinary collaboration, functional behavior assessments and behavioral approaches
• Build leadership to effectively help students succeed
• Develop positive behavioral and academic interventions
• Monitor student progress and evaluations, program evaluations, and consult with educational staff, parents, and other professionals
• Some local travel to other Menta locations may be necessary at times
