Job summary
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our school-based team in Baltimore, MD. You will provide counseling, support, and intervention services to students while collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Maryland Social Work licensure (LMSW, LCSW, or LCSW-C).
- Maryland certification or eligibility for certification as a School Social Worker.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings preferred.
- Special Education Experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling, support, and intervention services to students.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support students' social-emotional well-being and academic success.
- Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and community resource coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed.
