Job summary

Euro School of Tennis is seeking reliable, energetic Coaches to teach beginner-level tennis programs for children ages 5-10 (K-5) at schools across the Bay Area. All lesson plans and equipment are provided to support a fun, active, and supportive learning environment.

We offer Regular Coach positions and Saturday Clinics with pay of $18-$24 per hour. Schedule typically Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM for Regular Coach, with additional weekend sessions available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work.
• At least 19 years old.
• Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes using company lesson plans
• Manage groups of 8-16 students
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session (2-3 hours per session)
• Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out
• Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
• Take a few class photos for program documentation

Available Programs

About the Role

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
• Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
• Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
