VyTalent Solutions seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a local contract in Midlothian, VA. The role is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, for the 2026-2027 school year, on-site in a school setting.

Requirements include a valid SLPA certification and willingness to obtain state licensure; 2 years of school-based SLPA experience preferred but not required. Start ASAP with a 40-week duration.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain state licensure; certification required for SLPA role.

Responsabilités

• Support students with speech and language concerns by implementing therapy plans developed by supervising Speech Language Pathologists.
• Assist in executing therapy sessions according to documented plans, supporting speech and language development.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and support classroom activities based on individual student plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure students receive tailored speech-language services.
• Support IEP compliance and documentation processes related to speech and language therapy.
