Stellar Therapy Services in Manchester, TN is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP. You will help implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy to students, and support communication skill development for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or bachelor’s in communication sciences and Disorders (or related field).
• Active SLPA license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. A passion for working with children and supporting their educational success.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collect and record student progress data.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the therapy team to reinforce goals in the classroom environment.
• Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations under the direction of the supervising SLP.
