Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Texas seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services in a school setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing IEPs, delivering direct speech and language therapy, and monitoring student progress.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and preferably ASHA CCC certification. Prior school/pediatric experience and collaboration with families are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• State licensure required.
• ASHA CCC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop IEPs.
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy in 1:1 and small group formats.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff; train on integrating speech goals into classrooms.
• Evaluate communication disorders and create therapy plans.
• Maintain student records and documentation.
