Job summary

Nyman Associates seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist – SLP or CF to support students’ communication and academic success. The role focuses on assessments, therapy, IEP goals, and collaboration with educators and families in a school setting.

We offer a supportive environment with CF mentors and opportunities across multiple schools, including hybrid placements. CF development, ongoing clinical guidance, and professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with an M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA.
• ASHA CCC’s or CF.
• State SLP License or in the process of applying for a License.
• Teaching certificate (if applicable) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and collect data.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families.

Education

M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders (ASHA recognized)

ASHA CCCs or CF

State SLP License or in process

Teaching certificate or eligibility
