Job summary

Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a contracted School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Ellicott City, MD. This on-site role offers 35 hours per week through 06/08/2027 and a local contract pay range.

Applicants will be part of a district partnership, with a $2,000 completion bonus and potential to earn up to $3,000 in referral bonuses. Travel opportunities may be available, and comprehensive benefits are included where offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to students as assigned
• Collaborate with school staff to support student goals
• Document services and progress according to district policy
