Job summary

The Pinnacle School is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, data-driven services to students with complex learning profiles. You will differentiate sessions, develop and monitor IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and districts to support academic and social growth.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CT licensure or eligibility, and a preference for CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CT state licensure (061) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification through ASHA preferred.
• Minimum of three years of school-based experience with language-based learners.
• Familiarity with IEP process and progress-monitoring data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, patient, collaborative, and enthusiastic in a small-team setting.
• Commitment to helping students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Differentiate sessions to support individual student needs and styles.
• Develop, implement, and monitor speech-language goals within IEPs.
• Collect and analyze progress data to inform decisions.
