Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a vigilant security guard to protect students, staff and campus property. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents while maintaining calm, professional conduct.

Requirements include NYS Security Guard License, weekend availability, and strong customer service skills. The role features a Wednesday-Sunday 0000-0800 shift with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe secure environment for students, staff and guests inside the school.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with parents, students, staff and community members.
• Monitor hallways, stairwells, toilet facilities, outside facilities, and other public spaces to ensure safety and security.
• Assist with fire drills, crises and other emergency building evacuations and situations.
• Assist administrators and staff in crisis and emergency situations.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow of students through hallways and arrivals.
• Supervise and direct student movement during arrival and dismissal.
• Update security records, logs, and reports.
