Job summary

American Security & Investigations in St. Paul, MN is seeking a School Security Officer to patrol and protect campus buildings and facilities. This full-time position offers a 6:45am–2:45pm shift, Monday through Friday, at $19.00 per hour.

You will patrol premises, investigate hazards, secure doors and windows, enforce site rules, and respond to alarms while maintaining a courteous, safety-focused mindset. Requirements include being 18 years or older, able to speak English, a pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to speak English for safety and communication.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including walking/patrolling and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings, facilities, or work sites to ensure safety.
• Investigate and report hazards or suspicious activity.
• Secure doors and windows and enforce site rules.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a safe environment.
