Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate commercial roof repair and replacement using all major roofing manufacturers.
• Operate power driven roof maintenance equipment.
• Perform roof inspections including necessary preventive maintenance repairs.
• Report hazardous conditions.
• Secure rooftop equipment.
• Clean, repair, and replace gutters.
• Test for leaks and make repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
