Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor students in cafeteria and recess; intervene when issues arise.
• Assist in monitoring tests, drills, and activities; assign as requested by principal or teacher.
• Record students' grades and maintain records as requested by principal or teacher.
• Operate computers, copy machines, public address system, and audiovisual equipment.
• Train volunteers in use of office machines.
• Order and maintain workroom supplies.
• Perform non-instructional duties: monitor lunchroom, library, playroom, and playground.
• Substitute when the secretary is absent; assist with office duties.
• Assist teachers in upgrading instructional programs.
• Accompany groups on field trips as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
