Action Behavior Centers is hiring a School Readiness Behavior Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to work with children ages 5-12 in Cedar Park, TX. You will support learning through play-based ABA therapy and implement individualized treatment plans alongside a collaborative team.

Schedule: 12:00 pm–6:30 pm, Mon–Fri, with select Saturday hours. This full-time role offers paid training, RBT certification support, competitive hourly pay ($20–$25.50), health insurance, PTO, and growth

In the ABC Academy program, you'll help children ages 5-12 succeed by providing support alongside their school experience.

• Make a difference every day by working hands-on with children with autism to build communication, social, and independent living skills through ABA therapy. You'll implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a supportive team, and receive training to earn your RBT certification.
• Schedule:12:00 pm-6:30 pm Mon-Fri, 9 am-12 pm every other Saturday
• Position is full-time

Pay (determined by education and ABA experience)

• Bachelor's Degree: $20-$25.50 per hour
• Master's Degree: $22-$27 per hour
