Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a School Psychologist for a full-time contract supporting two Minnesota districts. You will work with educators and families to conduct evaluations, support MTSS processes, and develop behavior and intervention plans across diverse school settings.

Qualifications

This full-time role, available through the end of May, involves impactful work with teams dedicated to student success. You'll collaborate with educators and families to provide essential support services, working in varied environments that foster both professional growth and meaningful contributions.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated knowledge of current evaluation tools and best practices
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and facilitating MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support)
• Strong background in behavior management and intervention planning for special education
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to work across different schools and adapt to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive evaluations to inform eligibility and instructional recommendations
• Consult with teachers and teams regarding intervention strategies for students requiring behavior or academic support
• Participate in MTSS and special education meetings, contributing expertise for students with higher needs
• Develop, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention and support plans

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
