Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a bilingual school psychologist for a flexible per diem contract in Texas. The role includes assessments, counseling, and consultation with educators and families to support students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral growth.

You will participate in IEP development and ensure compliance while delivering crisis intervention and maintaining compliant documentation. A culturally responsive approach and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Qualifications

  • Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist.
  • Bilingual fluency required (Spanish/English preferred).
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results.
  • Familiarity with special education processes, including IEP development and compliance.
  • Strong collaboration and consultation with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Culturally responsive and committed to serving a diverse student population.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to varying school needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessments, interventions, and counseling as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and monitor IEPs.
  • Consult with educators and families to promote positive student outcomes and school climate.
