Beaufort County School District is seeking a School Psychologist for the Promising Student Program (PSP) to provide comprehensive psychological services within the STUDENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT (High-Needs School). Qualifications

• Must have a valid South Carolina teaching certificate or be able to obtain one within 60 days from hire.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Completion of an accredited School Psychology program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RTI/MTSS meetings, provide consultation, assist with goal setting and data collection.
• Participate in school-based behavior intervention processes; collaborate with PBIS teams to develop positive behavior strategies and FBAs/BIPs as needed.
• Conduct psychological evaluations within the 60-day timeline and share results with the caseload manager within 45 days.
• Assist with development and monitoring of Section 504 plans, accommodations, and eligibility processes.
• Provide individual and group counseling, document goals and progress with parental consent.
