AMN Healthcare partners with a top school district in Grand Junction, CO to hire a School Psychologist. You will provide counseling to students on IEPs and the general student population, conduct psychological assessments, and help develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to foster supportive learning environments, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate outreach to healthcare professionals and community agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• State Certification and/or Licensure required to start.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Job Description & RequirementsSchool Psychologist (PSY) - School - (PSY - School)StartDate: 12/14/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2190.00 - $2256.00AMN Healthcare is partnering with a top school district in Grand Junction, CO to hire a School Psychologist to work in the area, providing services to children of all ages. This School Psychologist will provide counseling services to students on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and to the regular student population (treating mood disorders, autism, anxiety, depression, ADHD, social skill deficits, conduct disorders) to foster positive coping strategies, motivation, and skill development. Responsibilities will include conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs and strengths, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans, provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional and behavioral issue. They will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments, provide crisis intervention and support for students and staff as needed.
