Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current state certification/license to practice as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in school-based settings is valued.
• Familiarity with a broad range of assessments, interventions and counseling.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of IEP development and special education processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments.
• Provide direct services such as individual and group counseling to students.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to design intervention strategies.
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEPs and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Offer crisis intervention and consultative support as required.
• Promote positive school climates and social-emotional learning.
