Qualifications

• Valid Texas PreK-12 School Psychologist license required.
• Ability to work in person to support students and families.
• Proficiency in connecting with students and families and collaborating with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments for referred students.
• Prepare comprehensive, legally defensible reports with diagnoses and recommendations.
• Certify eligibility for placement in special education services.
• Participate in IEP meetings per due process timelines.
• Provide counseling services as needed.
• Offer consultative guidance on special education procedures, mental health, and intervention strategies.
